About 5000 years ago the pharaohs of Egypt had musicians who used a trumpet-like instrument called snb (sne-heb) to lead troops, for ceremonial and religious acts.

Breath through the mouth, hold the breath for a couple of seconds and then, exhaling it from their mouth. Repeat with the mouthpiece.
